As a Co-founder and Managing Partner for The Mill, an Idea and Startup Accelerator established in 2014 in downtown Las Vegas, Sara Hill works daily to empower entrepreneurs and help mentor startups to success. Sara's passion for working with entrepreneurs was kindled at NextSpace, where she spent four years helping to grow the innovative co-working company from one to nine locations. As a NextSpace manager in both the Bay Area and Los Angeles, she had her finger on the pulse of startup ecosystems in two of California's thriving tech scenes. Sara also teaches the Innovation and Teams course at UNLV as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Experience minor and volunteers her time with Global Shapers, TEDx Las Vegas and judging startup weekends and local hackathons.

Christina Aldan is a TEDx Speaker and Entrepreninja whose company, LG Designs, offers small and micro businesses brand consulting and creative content for everyday media. With over a decade of experience in digital advertising Christina is highly regarded for her approach to business, partnering with clients to find unique strategies that ensure their advertising goals are met.
Christina enjoys community outreach as well as corporate and small business education - offering workshops in everything from mentorship to social media to disruptive marketing. She has been a leader at Girls in Tech, a global non-profit focused on engaging, educating and empowering women and girls who are passionate about technology. Christina also mentors youth through her partnership with the Girl Scouts of America where she co-created the successful education campaign "She's Geeky," a series of classes that allow girls between 4-16 years of age to earn badges in areas ranging from Computer Basics, Graphic Design and 3D Printing to Programming, Web Design and Online Safety. She also has several mentees around the world, several of who have become TEDx speakers, award winners and accelerator recipients. Christina was also instrumental in helping secure a $10,000 prize for "Women in Technology" via a partnership with AT&T at their CES Developers Hackathon in 2015. She collaborates with the Las Vegas Urban League to offer training about entrepreneurship and she assisted in the implementation of a $3 million BTOP grant that created 23 public computer centers in underserved neighborhoods in Las Vegas. Additionally, in late 2015 Christina had the privilege to interview and feature attendees at Devoxx Morocco, including female STEM professionals and entrepreneurs from Africa, France and The Middle East.
Christina's rare blend of experience, as a self-made tech wiz and entrepreneur along with her many years in sustainability - the green movement - working in the education and implementation of environmentally sound projects, makes her a good mix of what the business sector seeks in today's marketplace; a passionate, multidimensional expert, adept at handling both traditional and outside-the-box approaches, who is able to adapt and pivot on the fly. Standing on the shoulders of those who have mentored her, Christina uses her charisma and expertise to inspire others, through her speaking engagements and mentoring women in business like herself.

Heather has approached her career and life as she does all things, as something to be explored, with new adventures around every corner. After the circumstances of life derailed her initial career path, she spent her later years forging a new one.
In her educational pursuits, she has attended the University of Alabama, Huntsville for Aerospace Engineering, St. John's College Annapolis for Liberal Arts and Clare College, Cambridge for Medieval British Literature. Heather Wilde has a long-standing interest in Economic and Community Development. She took what she learned from her time with the Lt. Governor of Maryland's Office and applied that to over 15 years of building and growing digital communities with companies such as Spirit Airlines, THQ and Evernote. Professionally, she has programmed microcontrollers for the Navy, worked on NASA projects, been a Flight Attendant, designed and managed online games for some major licenses, run HR departments for small business and 5000+ employee companies, and designed and managed the support infrastructure at Evernote from its very early days through its milestone of 100 million users.
She is currently the CTO of ROCeteer, a Las Vegas company that provides Coaching and support services to ecosystems globally. In tandem to this role, she enjoys performing as an advisor to startups and coaching their entrepreneurs.
Heather also serves on the IT Sector Council of Nevada to help create and expand initiatives statewide in STEM Education and job growth, and volunteers her time with Girls in Tech, a 501(c)3 that encourages diversity and inclusiveness in the STEM sector and also serves on the board of directors of the NeverGiveUp Foundation. She is also proud to be a member of the Advisory Board for the Howard R. Hughes School of Engineering at the University of Nevada.
She has appeared on Huffpost Live, and has been quoted in both Huffington Post and in the Wall Street Journal as well as many other industry publications. Heather is also the author of the upcoming book "Six Basic Steps to Success: The Birth of a Unicorn", which gives a unique perspective of the early days of a successful startup.

Cisco EIR provides startups/scaleups with opportunities to build strategic relationships with Cisco Business Units & executives, co-working space, software, financial support & potential strategic funding from Cisco. He was previously the Senior Director & General Manager of Social Solutions & Platforms, building & managing Cisco's Web software products designed to advance social interactions, knowledge management & collaboration for Cisco customers & partners.
Prior to joining Cisco, Tom held various executive & leadership positions at Yahoo! & Microsoft. He also worked as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group & McKenna Group. He holds a master's degree from Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government, an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business & an undergraduate degree in applied mathematics, statistics & economics with honors from Northwestern University.
